What you get

What working with us actually looks like

Natalie owns the business and runs the accounts. That is not a slogan, it is just how small an agency this is.

01

One number, not a queue

A dedicated account manager with out-of-hours support. You will know their name. They will know your shift patterns, your gate code and which line runs short first.

02

Nobody arrives cold

Interviewed by phone, then face to face. Work history checked. Two references minimum, right to work verified, DBS where the role calls for it, PPE issued, manual handling covered. All of it before a first shift, not after a problem.

03

Payroll stays our problem

Weekly payroll run in house, timesheets consolidated into one document. Your finance team receives a single invoice.

04

Peak planned before peak

Seasonal demand is not a surprise. We agree numbers, rates and shift patterns in advance, so the week you need to double a shift is a phone call rather than a scramble.

“As an owner-managed agency, I remain actively involved in every relationship we build, both with candidates and employers alike.”

The difference

Everyone we send has already sat with us

We do not forward CVs out of a database. The people who turn up at your gate come from a local pool we have interviewed, referenced and inducted ourselves. It is slower at our end. It is also why they are still there in week six.

For employers

What are the gaps really costing you?

Most sites quote a margin. That is not the number that matters. Move the sliders to see what re-hiring and unfilled shifts take out of your operation over a year.

How this is worked out
  • Each replacement costs a fixed £285 in advertising, vetting, inductions, PPE and admin.
  • Plus roughly half a week of wages lost while a new starter gets up to speed (37.5 hours at 50% output).
  • An uncovered shift is costed at 8 hours at 1.4× the pay rate for overtime, agency premium or lost output, across 46 working weeks.
  • These are industry rules of thumb, not a quote. Real figures depend on your sector, site and shift pattern.

Natalie will send your figures broken down by line, current pay rates for your roles in your area, plus where she thinks the biggest gap on your site actually is. She writes these herself. No sales sequence.

How we work with you

What happens once you say yes

Before anyone starts

Week one
  • We come to your site and walk the floor
  • Rates, shift patterns and the standard a worker has to hit are agreed in writing
  • We tell you honestly whether the rate you have in mind will fill the shift
  • Candidates come from a pool we have already met, not a job board
  • Every worker is screened against your requirements, not a generic checklist
  • PPE issued and manual handling covered where the role needs it
  • Somebody from Ashford is there on day one for the induction

Every week after that

The bit most agencies skip
  • Daily attendance management and rota support
  • Regular on-site presence, not a monthly catch-up call
  • Weekly review of performance, attendance and what you need next
  • Workforce planning ahead of peak, so the conversation happens in September
  • Out-of-hours cover when a line goes down at five in the morning

Start with a phone call

Twenty minutes usually settles whether we are a fit for your site. If we are not the right agency for you, we will say so on that call, before you waste a peak finding out.
