We back Redditch United, Wallop Boxing Club and a long list of smaller things that never get a mention. If your club, cause or event needs a hand, we would rather you just asked us.
What we back
No application form, no committee. Most of this started with somebody local simply asking.
Our first season was 2023 and we have backed the club every year since. We are main sponsor to two sides, the Under 18s and the Under 10s. Our board sits pitchside at the ground.
Kit and travel are what quietly price young players out of grassroots football. Sponsorship keeps them on the pitch.
We funded a defibrillator for the club. It is the sort of kit nobody wants to think about until the day it is needed. A community gym full of young people should not be without one.
Established in 2023, the club gives young people in Redditch somewhere to go, something to work at and somebody in their corner.
Most of what we support has no logo attached. It happens because somebody local asked.
We bought presents for the Christmas roundhouse this year gone, so families in Redditch had something under the tree.
Contributions to Burger Off’s Christmas toy collection, alongside the local children’s causes we back when we can.
When somebody local is raising money for a reason that matters, we chip in. No process. No press release.
We give money to support people sleeping rough over Christmas, when being without a roof in Redditch is at its hardest.
“Community matters because it reflects who we are: a people-first business that values care, connection and long-term impact.”
Ashford RecruitmentRooted in people. Built for growth.
We have room to back more than we currently do. We would rather hear from you directly than have you assume the answer is no.
Kit, travel, pitch fees or a board at the ground. Any age group, any sport.
Defibrillators, first aid kits and training for clubs and community venues.
Fun days, fetes, tournaments and anything that gets Redditch out of the house.
A GoFundMe for a neighbour, a treatment fund, a memorial. Send us the link.
Toy collections, food banks and support for people sleeping rough over winter.
If it helps people in this area and it is not on this list, ask anyway.
There is no application form and no committee. Natalie reads these herself. If we can help we will say yes quickly. If we cannot, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting on a reply that never comes.
A few lines is plenty. What you run, what you are trying to do, roughly what would help. We will come back to you either way.
Goes straight to info@ashfordrecruitment.co.uk. No newsletter, no follow-up sequence.
Thanks. That has landed with Natalie and somebody will come back to you.
